In the field of labour law, our firm exlusively focuses on the defense of the employers’ interests. Despite the entry into force, on 1st July 2012, of the new Labour Code having significantly amended the previous regulation by implementing a more favourable climate for the employers, the 20 years’ pro-employee court practice has lead to a legal uncertainty for the time being. At the same time, the knowledge of the new rules requires high-level expertise in the fields of unfair dismissals, indemnity claims of former company managers, non-competition clauses, labour inspections, collective bargain agreements, working hours, etc.

We have considerable experience in all these areas and also established a successful practice in terms of labour litigations, whether in or out-of-court. Provisions of labour contracts or the absence thereof may also have a significant impact in certain mergers and acquisitions: our clients are given a high-quality legal expertise in order to safely navigate through the most sensitive and dangerous barricades of Hungarian labour law.
