We have the ability to draft minutes of general meetings, articles of association, deeds of foundation and other corporate documents in English, French and Hungarian, to provide an opinion thereon and amend them when necessary. Besides, we take full care of the formalities to be accomplished with the courts of registration and the storage of the company documentation.
Establishment of a company in foreign countries is made possible through certain foreign law offices we cooperate with. Our law firm has also a partnership with a company providing registered office addresses.
